(Who we are)
Belmont is an independent property agency for homes on the coasts and in the cities of southern Europe. We work with a small number of developers and owners.
“We list homes we would be happy to live in ourselves.”

Belmont
(How we choose)
Every home we list has been visited by our team. We look at the place first, then the building, then the price.
Location First
We start with the place: access, views, services and how it will look in ten years.
Added Value
Good design, amenities and management make a home easier to live in and to let.
Trusted Developers
We work with a short list of builders whose finished homes we have seen.
Care After Sale
Management and letting partners keep homes in use while owners are away.
(How we work)
We introduce buyers to developers and owners, arrange viewings in person or by video, and stay with you through legal checks, completion and handover.
